Stockland says Australia is now enjoying a turnaround in housing construction.

Stockland, the biggest diversified property group in Australia, have said a turnaround in housing construction is currently occuring. Chief Exec Mark Steinert: "Certainly 2013 was a challenging year for the company but we're very pleased that we now have projects, like Willowdale, coming to market at normal margins and we see them as a key part of our growth strategy moving forward," SSteinert also advised "...we are convinced that the market has turned around and will continue to grow from here."
